Perfect form depending on the standard being applied, tension, pressure, bending and flexural impact tests require bar-shaped samples with specific dimensions. A PC-controlled CNC test bar milling machine with predefined machining programs and special clamping devices mills these samples for all common test bar shapes. The test bar milling machine optionally comes with pneumatic clamping devices enabling the test bars to be mounted quickly and a swarf extraction system with air ionisation to prevent static charging. Test bars with a maximum length of 250 mm, a maximum thickness of 70 mm and a minimum width of 2 mm can be milled as standard.The test specimens will be mounted in up to four pressure-controlled test lines. The concentrated chlorine-dioxide solution will be prepared in the device and fed into the test loop using dosing pumps. The water conductivity is automatically controlled in the central test loop. The test circuits are installed in a test oven for the temperature control of the test specimens. Vapors and gases produced in the device will be extracted by a central exhaust system.
